Pond Hockey Registration:
Team registration begins December 1, 2007/ends
January 11, 2008 at 12:00pm.
Payment by credit card is preferred, although checks may be acceptable
if received within 10 days of registration. This will complete the
initial team registration process.
All team captains and members will be required to check-in at
the Log Cabin (Nottingham Lake), sign individual waiver forms, and
receive individual welcome packets and RMPHC gift bags.
Registration day of event must be done at Town of Avon Recreational
office.

A confirmation of registration and payment will be made via phone
to the number listed below.
Cancellation policy:
Team registrations that are cancelled at least
14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Any cancellations
made 7-14 days from the start of the event will result in a $ 150
cancellation fee. All team registrations are non-refundable within
7 days of the event.
The Rocky Mountain Pond Hockey Championships(RMPHC)
are a cooperative event between the Town Avon/ Avon Rec Department
and the Vail/Eagle Hockey Association(VEHA). VEHA is a 501-C3 organization
and all proceeds from this event go to VEHA for the benefit of youth
hockey programs throughout the Vail Valley. |

Equipment requirements:
All players will be required to wear helmet, gloves, shin pads, elbow pads, and skates at a minimum in order to participate during the event. RMPHC staff urge all players to wear equipment that provides protection and safety during the event. Ice conditions will vary and weather may change quickly, so bring plenty of extra equipment and clothing to the rinks.
